    The integrated metal headstock and motor casing, base, pulleys, connecting blocks, sanding belt frame, sanding belt baffle, sanding disc, etc. are all made of metal structures. Parts such as the base side cover and table plate adopt a low-temperature black metal surface treatment process. Parts such as the machine headstock, base, sanding belt frame, and sanding belt baffle adopt a high-pressure grey metal surface treatment process.


    The power adapter features double insulation and leakage protection safety measures. The connector uses a locking structure to prevent power disconnection caused by moving the equipment during processing.


    The sanding belt is tensioned by a tensioning mechanism, allowing easy adjustment and quick replacement of the belt.


    Both the drive wheel and the driven wheel are equipped with limit baffles to prevent the sanding belt from coming off during high-speed operation, thus improving processing safety.


    The sanding disc and belt machine can be used for polishing and grinding. Applicable materials: wood, leather, rubber, engineering plastics, soft metals (aluminium, copper, etc.).
