1、The XENDOLL CNC software
The new Xendoll CNC lathe system is now ready for shipment, the Xendoll CNC system base on PC, when you have a computer(we recommend at least an 1GHz Pentium class computer or faster for use with the frequency mode and Windows XP or Windows 2000),you can install Xendoll CNC system and the software adopt windows application screen so it is very easy to operate. The language it use is called g-code, m-code and s-code. It communicates principally via on parallel port(with 25 pin). The function of the soft is very strong,it can transform the file of the DXF、BMPinto the g-code andexecute the NC code that is made by CAM\CAD(such as MasterCAM、UG、CAXA). For making sure the process safely, we install the limit switch for X、 Y、 Z axes and have a emergency button in the software.
The lathe CNC software have four control screen
(1)、program run---The function of this screen is exact showing the toolpath、controlling the spindle speedand cool on/off.
(2)、MDI screen ---- in this screen you can make the lathe run to the position that you appoint fast。
(3)、Set screen--- set the radius compensation 、tool length offset and simulate Program run.
(4)、Diagnostics—diagnosticate the set of the soft is right or wrong.

2、Description of the Xendoll Driver Box
When Xendoll developed the CNC system for the mill and lathe , we installed the driver、 power supply and parallel in a box, the box contain four driver that control the stepper motor、the speed of the spindle、spindle CW/CCW、the limit switch 、the flood cool and mist cool. Each control has its own cable that connect up a plug, the driver box has its own power on/off switch and a bright red LED that indicates when power is on, it operate on 100~240VAC、50~60HZ power,current is 3A.the parallel have 25 pin. The drive of the stepper motor are designed to operate stepper motor eight mode. This technique greatly enhance the mill’s precision and make the mill have low noise and low oscillation.
